COMPILOT – COMPANY PILOTS
OUR HISTORY
We started in 2017 as a project management startup. Here, the assignments were within project management and analysis at e.g. SEV (Faroese Energy Supply), Siemens Gamesa Reneable, Vattenfall and Vestas in collaboration with various consultancies.
The tasks have been:
Project management, product management, business case analysis (up to € billion) and uncertainty analysis.
WHO ARE WE?
COMPILOT is a network of experienced consultants who implement effective project management based on years of experience in different types of companies and projects.
We work in “JointNetShip”. This means we work together in a network (JointNet), we listen to the customer’s wants and needs (FriendShip).
We have customers in the public and private sectors, such as the construction, energy and IT industries.
We assist with advisory boards to improve project management and governance.
We work with a smile on our face and listen to the situation of the company, projects and employees.
