For example, a contractor needed risk management in relation to profit achievement in a 3-year perspective.

We delivered a visual process with an analysis based on the Successive Principle. This means brainstorming, grouping and estimating the uncertainties. We broke down the uncertainties during some loops to find the most important uncertainties.

Result: A 3-year result (profit) with an indication of the Top10 uncertainties and a number of practical action plans.
